Description:	The largest sheep and cattle station in the area (10,000 acres) on Lake Eildon. Two self contained houses, one two bedroom and the other 5 bedroom. One shearers quarters sleeping 20 guests. Private lake access, open fires, wood heater, BBQ, heating, A/C

	Accessible venue - some assistance may be required. Reception: check in details can be arranged in cottage. Car parking: on concrete surface in car port adjacent to cottage. Cottage: entrance though side gate (850mm) along concrete path to side of cottage; front entrance has three steps at 90mm, 130mm and 100mm into cottage; front door 870mm and easy to open; circulation space excellent; kitchen benches 870mm. Bedroom: 40mm floor to bed base; bed height 640mm; wall to bedside 1000mm. Bathroom: door 800mm; dry area 1900mm x 2290mm; 80mm hob across entry to shower and toilet area Shower: area 1700mm x 1800mm; shower rose at 1770mm. Toilet: rht; height 390mm, sidewall to centre line of bowl 440mm, front of toilet to rear 580mm; no grab rails fitted. Basin: 860mm; mirror at 1270mm.
